Telecommunications & ICT, March events

Four Telecommunications & ICT industry events to put in your diary for March. On 8 March Brussels will host Gigabit Copper 2016, devoted to the theme of developing infrastructure to ensure fast connections. Meanwhile, telecommunications will be at the centre of both Carrier World Asia 2016, devoted to the Asian market, and the SEE Telecom Forum, focused on Eastern Europe. Finally, there is the Latin America CEM, which will look at customer experience in the telecommunications sector.

Gigabit Copper 2016

The conference is scheduled for 8 March in Brussels. The discussion in the Belgian capital will look at the possibility of speeding up connection, in line with the most recent technological standards, whilst continuing to use the current infrastructure. The event is organised by Total Telecom.

Carrier World Asia 2016

The event, organised by Terrapinn, is designed for wholesale telecommunications carriers. On 15 and 16 March the biggest names in the sector will meet in Bangkok to discuss the industry’s future developments in the Asian region. The central theme is the need for action that will enable the industry to make the most of the huge potential of a market that is growing exponentially.

SEE Tekecom Forum

Two days of talks and debates focusing on Eastern Europe’s telecommunications market. The event is organised and sponsored by EEL Events and will be held in Belgrade. The event will examine sector data from 2015 and the forecasts for 2016. Discussions will also look at the main topics relating to the telecoms sector, such as infrastructure, investment and mobile.

Customer Experience Management in Telecoms 2016

The concept of customer experience as a part of customer satisfaction and loyalty is also a key topic for the telecommunications sector. This will be discussed on 30 and 31 March in Lima at the meeting that focuses on the Latin American market. The event will also provide an opportunity for operators from the sector to set up intensive initiatives for networking and developing new partnerships.
