The 2016 ITU report on worldwide Internet access

The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) has published the annual report which measures the level of worldwide connection. “ICT – Facts and Figures” is one of the reference points for measuring the prevalence of access to the Internet. The picture taken for 2016 is still marked by large imbalances.
