Further demonstrated by the decision to organise one of the most important events in Africa dedicated to this industry: Nigeria Com, to be held in Lagos on the 20th and 21st of September. At the centre of discussion will be the subject of the spread of broadband and the links between the development of connections and the implementation of human rights.
