Huawei Connect 2016
The Chinese mobile phone giant is now an established player on the international telecommunications scene. From the 31st of August to 2nd of September Huawei Connect 2016, the integrated conference dedicated to the ICT ecosystem, will be held at Shanghai’s Expo Centre (China). The event will play host to over 80 businesses operating in the sector, with a total of more than 1000 discussion panels and workshops.
Athens will host on the 20th and 21st of September the sixth edition of Capacity Eurasia, an event within the Capacity Conferences network. It is the only global appointment that focuses on a geographical cross-market, providing a connection between Europe and Asia, passing through the Middle East. More than 350 managers will be present, representing over 140 companies. This year there will be a special focus on Iran.
Nigeria is one of the countries in Africa making progress in terms of digitalisation. Further demonstrated by the decision to organise one of the most important events in Africa dedicated to this industry: Nigeria Com, to be held in Lagos on the 20th and 21st of September. At the centre of discussion will be the subject of the spread of broadband and the links between the development of connections and the implementation of human rights.
Singapore will be the stage for 5g Asia from 26th to 28th of September, an international conference dedicated to the 5g network. It will provide an opportunity to take stock of how global operators, both public or private, are getting ready for the advent of next-generation networks.
