VueTel, the first Italian-Palestinian industrial partnership come to life
Vuetel Italia and REACH, a Paltel group Company, will create the most innovative and high Tech hub to provide Technical Customer Support
Reach for Telecommunication Services, a Paltel Group Company, and Vuetel Italia, a major telecommunication company in Italy, in the field of international wholesale voice and data services, have signed a strategic partnership that aims at providing Vuetel Italia with a 24/7 technical customer support service by utilizing dedicated NOC (network operation centers). Through this agreement, Reach aims at handling troubleshooting and supporting clients who use Vuetel Italia’s international voice and data services and who are mostly based in the Mediterranean and sub-Saharan area.
The idea was born in Ramallah, the 30th of November 2019, during the III Italy-Palestine Business Forum and it was scheduled to be signed in Milano, Italy at CONNEXT 2020 at the end of February, however due to the rise of COVID19 pandemic, the partnership commenced during the second quarter this year.
Despite location, health, and instability setbacks in these past months, Reach and Vuetel Italia were able to overcome all barriers through their long expertise and professional readiness and created a high quality technical support service center through the help of Reach’s dedicated home based agents ensuring a secured and well-established operation network.
Reach and Vuetel Italia held on the 7th of September a video conference with the presence of the Italian General Counsel of Jerusalem, Giuseppe Fedele and Miss. Angela Giordano, Head of Business Partnership in Confindustria Assafrica & Mediterraneo, the Italian Industry Association, to commemorate the beginning of their commercial and technical partnership.
His Excellency, the Italian Consul General in Jerusalem, Giuseppe Fedele, expressed his deep support for the partnership and commented:” We are happy to see such a well-established partnership between two major companies in Italy and Palestine. The agreement emphasizes the importance of economic and business cooperation that helps shape and develop the telecommunication sector for both countries, and we are very eager for future projects between them.”, he added.
